The following menu is a traditional wedding breakfast for a formal occasion and can be chosen as a catering option within our standard wedding package
Three Course Menu

Soup of the moment plus crusty roll (v)
Traditional prawn cocktail bound in paprika marie rose sauce served on dressed leaves with wholemeal bread.
Mushroom al forno served with toasted ciabatta.(v)
Trio of potato skins filled with either (bacon and cheese/creamed leek/soured cream).
Melon frappe drizzed with fruit coulis. (v)
Homemade fish goujons with lemon dressed salad and tartare sauce.
Your choice of home made pate (choose one of the following smoked mackerel, chicken liver or mushroom).
SELECT TWO OF THE FOLLOWING MAINS PLUS ONE VEGETARIAN IF REQUIRED
Roast topside of beef served with roast potatoes yorkshire pudding
Homemade chicken cordon bleu filled with ham and cheese served with pamentier potatoes
Herb crusted cod basil pesto, saute potatoes.
A choice of pie served with creamy mash (choose one of the following steak and ale, chicken and mushroom or ham and turkey).
Stuffed pork tenderloin with thyme and apple stuffing and herb roast potatoes
Butternut squash and sage rissoto.(v) (seasonal, autumn)
Mushroom and cashew nut roast served with a redcurrant jus. (v)
Stuffed roasted red pepper served with parmesan shavings. (v)
