Questions

  • When can I book a yurt experience?

    We are starting with Christmas Dinner bookings throughout December.

  • Can we do this in the summer?

    No.  The yurt is erected inside the marquee only in the winter when the marquee is not used as our cafe, bistro and wedding venue in the summer.

  • Can we do this for a smaller group?

    Yes.  We will work out a price for you but it will probably cost each person a bit more.

  • Can we do this for a bigger group?

    The absolute max is 14, but its crampt.

  • Isn't it freezing?

    Actually no, not even close.  It is warm.


    Yurts are used as homes by Mongolians in one of the coldest countries in the world and this is an authentic Mongolian Yurt, made there.


    The yurt is heated with a wood effect fire and the marquee protects even the outside from rain.  The marquee is cold and dressed as a winter garden, beautiful at Christmas.
