Booking Information


  • Booking, Payment & Cancellation

    A non-refundable booking fee of 10% is required to secure your exclusive hire dates.


    The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before arrival which confirms your booking.


    Cancellation


    • Booking fee is non-refundable.

    • If cancelled more than 8 weeks before arrival → balance refunded.

    • If cancelled within 8 weeks → full payment is due unless we successfully resell the date.


  • Security Deposit & Damage Charges

    A pre-authorised security deposit (£1000) is required before arrival.  You must make sure you have the funds available for this to be authorised.


    Charges may be applied for:

    • Damage to property, furniture, equipment.

    • Missing items

    • Excessive cleaning

    • Lost keys

    • Breach of occupancy or noise rules

    • Unpaid charges (late checkout, additional cleaning, etc.)


  • Can I hold the date for free whilst I gather some money from friends?

    If doing this online, if you bail on the booking process after you have completed personal details but before completing a payment, the booking system will hold the reservation for 72 hours before cancelling. It will also send you an email on how to complete your payment.


    This gives you a few days to make sure your friends send you some funds.


  • Usage & Conditions

    Conditions & Use of the Venue


    • Exclusive hire gives you private use of the pub, glamping pods, and agreed outdoor areas.
    • Maximum occupancy: 30 without prior approval.
    • No unauthorised commercial events, ticketed events, or amplified outdoor music without written approval.
    • The lead guest (the person booking) is responsible for the behaviour of the entire group.
    • Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.
    • Dogs are not permitted in the pub flat.
    • You are over 18.
    • You accept responsibility for your whole group.

    Liability

    We are not liable for:

    • Loss or damage to personal belongings
    • Injury caused by misuse or unsafe behaviour
    • Weather conditions or events outside our control
    • Utility interruptions outside our control
    • Nothing excludes our liability for death or injury caused by negligence.


  • Can we book for just one night?

    No. All winter exclusive hire bookings are a minimum of two nights. This allows us to prepare the venue fully and deliver a private, high-quality experience.

  • Check in/out

    Check-in is from 3 pm on your arrival day and check-out is 3 pm on your departure day. 


    We block the day before your stay to prepare the venue exclusively for your group.


    Late departures may incur additional charges.


    Accommodation must be left in a reasonable and tidy condition.
