What's Included
- The package includes 6 glamping pods, sleeping 2-4 people in each.
- A campsite with up to 10 hard-standings for those with a caravan, campervan or motorhome.
- A few additional pods can also be added to the basic package.
- A pub building that opens just for you.
- 8 acres of grounds over the pub, campsite and meadow. Great for organising an outside activity or walking the dogs.
- Either a Self-Catered or Catered Package.

A venue to yourself. Create a weekend to remember for you and your guests. With a whole host of facilities and space to enjoy, we provide a privately hosted pub for you to enjoy, your way.
Your Weekend, Your Way
Included in the base package are six fully insulated and heated pods set within our pod garden, winter pitches for motorhomes, caravans and campervans, 8 acres of campsite grounds to explore and a pub just for you plus a host who can be hands on or hands off depending on whether you want a self-catered or catered experience.

A character pub with campsite grounds and accommodation all to yourself, no other guests in the beautiful setting of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
Accommodation
6 heated glamping pods, sleeping up to 4 per pod, plus hardstanding pitches can easily sleep 12+ guests, families or those with a dog. Additional pods can also be hired for larger groups.
Case Study
November 2025. It was Craig's birthday, a customer and friend of the Three Horseshoes who stayed here, with their friends over our summer season. Sharon, Craig's wife, organised the weekend and invited their friends to celebrate Craig's birthday as a way for us to test the concept.
Self Catering or Catered Packages
We offer both self-catering and catered packages to suit the occasion.
Choose the package that suits you best. Both options cost the same.
The self-catered package has drinks included, whilst the catered package has the benefit of our hosting team cooking and looking after you and the pub, meaning we are happy to host bigger parties and extra evening guests whilst you enjoy your own party without worrying about how to look after your guests.
Self-Catered
The self-catered package includes the pub all to yourself, stocked with 4 of our most popular draught products, soft drinks on pump and an automatic barista coffee machine at your disposal.
- £250 free beer (approx 50 pints)
- Free & unlimited Pepsi, Pepsi Max, Lemonade and Soda.
- Free and unlimited barista coffee or tea.
- Self-serve shop with access to mixers, bottles and snacks.
- Bring your own bottles, wine, food - no additional corkage.
- Access to the kitchen facilities.
- Our onsite host is on hand to solve problems and show you the ropes.
- Security deposit required by pre-authorised card to cover damages and excess cleaning.
Catered
The catered package is ideal for those who want to enjoy celebrating whilst leaving the running of the pub and kitchen to us. By opting for a catered package you can invite additional day guests.
- A fully hosted pub: we work, whilst you enjoy your party.
- Guests pay as they go with a menu and a full range of pub drinks available.
- Our pub style is very much a campsite pub - which means informal, unfussy and friendly with a couple of characters on hand to make it a fun experience. They are on hand to encourage you to get the most out of your gathering
- No deposit required as we are selling alcohol under a pub license and it is managed as a normal pub, albeit, the crowd is your friends.
We had a brilliant time, Ian showed us how to use the self-pour system when we got there and had set it up to enable our friends to pour their own (and pay for it!). We chilled out and had a great time meeting up with friends. It was super comfortable with log burners, sofas, pool table, karaoke and loads more. I didn't have to cook or tidy up which was amazingly easy and meant everyone was free to do as they wanted which made it very relaxing and easy for us to enjoy our weekend away.
18 Guests for a Birthday
Guests enjoyed unlimited hot drinks, free soft drinks, and a two kegs of draught beer. The bar was set up using our beer cards, with guests using the self-pour system to pay for the kegs purchased in advance.
- The lead booker organised a musican to play in the front bar where we have a whole host of PA equipment.
- Various guests made use of the music gear to play music and karaoke throughout the weekend.
- The guest mix included adults, teens and dogs. Some guests just turned up for Saturday night, others Friday to Sunday afternoon.
- We cooked breakfast, pizza and munch bowls for everyone. There were some who brought a snack or two for their pods and ate them in the pub.

How Pricing Works
Pricing is
per night for the whole venue inclusive of 6 pods, hard-standing pitches up which can be used to accommodate parties of 12+ guests.
There is a
minimum 2-night stay for all bookings.
The venue is booked
exclusively as a whole inclusive of the service we offer which includes the accommodation set out in our package.
