What's Included
- The package includes up to 20 guests that are accommodated in 6 glamping pods, sleeping 2-4 people in each or on the campsite with up to 10 hard-standings available. Additional guests can be added and accommodated in other pods.
- A completely private exclusive venue with a team on hand to help you get the most from your stay.
- On arrival, we show you around, show you what's possible and how things work.
- Working in the background, we replenish loo rolls, fill ice, get things working for you, keep the place ticking by clearing and cleaning glasses, changing barrels and being friendly.
- We can be on hand to cook munch bowls and breakfasts (see pub menus), an easy good value way to provide your group with hassle free catering, paid for as you go that doesn't require planning what everyone is eating but gives your group the flexibility to eat where you want and as you please.
- We can be on hand to pour drinks (at our bar prices) or to set the bar up and run the pub for self-service - a feature unique to the Three Horseshoes. We include, free of charge, complementary soft drinks (Pepsi Max, lemonade, soda, cordials), ice, glassware, glass washing and an automated free barista coffee machine (Cappuccino, Latte, Hot Chocolate etc). You are free to bring your own bottles and can use our self pour taps if you have purchased pre-ordered kegs.
- Our grounds include 8 acres of campsite and meadow. Great for organising an outside activity or walking the dogs.
- Minimum 2 night stay with a late checkout.

How it works
A venue to yourself. Create a weekend to remember for you and your guests. With a whole host of facilities and space to enjoy, we provide a privately hosted pub for you to enjoy, your way.
Your Weekend, Your Way
Included in the base package are several fully insulated and heated pods set within our pod garden, plus 8 acres of campsite grounds to explore and a hosted pub, where that hosting can be hands on; doing some cooking, running a bar or more hands off, with us just on hand.
Exclusively
A character pub with campsite grounds and accommodation all to yourself, no other guests in the beautiful setting of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
Accommodation
6 heated glamping pods, sleeping up to 4 per pod, plus hardstanding pitches can easily sleep 12+ guests, families or those with a dog. Additional pods can also be hired for larger groups.
Case Study
November 2025. It was Craig's birthday, a customer and friend of the Three Horseshoes who stayed here, with their friends over our summer season. Sharon, Craig's wife, organised the weekend and invited their friends to celebrate Craig's birthday as a way for us to test the concept.
We had a brilliant time, Ian showed us how to use the self-pour system when we got there and had set it up to enable our friends to pour their own (and pay for it!). We chilled out and had a great time meeting up with friends. It was super comfortable with log burners, sofas, pool table, karaoke and loads more. I didn't have to cook or tidy up which was amazingly easy and meant everyone was free to do as they wanted which made it very relaxing and easy for us to enjoy our weekend away.
18 Guests for a Birthday
Guests enjoyed unlimited hot drinks, free soft drinks, and a two kegs of draught beer. The bar was set up using our beer cards, with guests using the self-pour system to pay for the kegs purchased in advance.
- The lead booker organised a musican to play in the front bar where we have a whole host of PA equipment.
- Various guests made use of the music gear to play music and karaoke throughout the weekend.
- The guest mix included adults, teens and dogs. Some guests just turned up for Saturday night, others Friday to Sunday afternoon.
- We cooked breakfast, pizza and munch bowls for everyone. There were some who brought a snack or two for their pods and ate them in the pub.

How Pricing Works
Pricing is
per night for the whole venue inclusive of 6 pods, hard-standing pitches up which can be used to accomodate a maximum of 20 guests.
Additional guests and pods can be added. Please ask if interested.
There is a
minimum 2-night stay for all bookings.
The venue is booked
exclusively as a whole inclusive of the service we offer which includes the accommodation set out in our package.
