The entire venue can be yours — all pods, the pub, the flat and campsite — with no other guests during your stay.
Exclusivity turns us from a summer pub and campsite into an amazing, all to yourself venue, with a private pub at the heart of it.

Enjoy unlimited hot drinks, free soft drinks, and your choice of draught beer or cider — served by guests using our self-pour system.

- Choice of draught beer or cider from our cellar
- With beer cards you can let guests pay for their own drinks, making it easy to share costs.

- £300 service fee includes 1 keg.
- Additional kegs can be ordered.

This price covers exclusive use of the entire venue — pub, accommodation and grounds — for your group.
Guide Pricing Per Person
Approximate per-person costs shown for guidance only, based on typical group sizes:
- £49.92 per person, per night (30 guests)
- £74.88 per person, per night (20 guests)
