Booking Information
The Pub Flat advertised here are booked as part of our winter exclusive packages from November to March.
They may be on-sale under the
campsite page at other times.
A 10% booking deposit secures your date.
Your balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A £1000 security deposit will be required by the lead booker on arrival. This will be taken with a pre-authorised card payment and refunded, less incurred costs, after departure.

Pricing is
per night, with a
minimum 2-night stay.
The venue is booked
exclusively as a whole and cannot be booked for single nights.
Winter Exclusive Hire Price
£1,497.50 per night
(November to March · 2-night minimum)
This price covers exclusive use of the entire venue — pub, accommodation and grounds — for your group.
Guide Pricing Per Person
Approximate per-person costs shown for guidance only, based on typical group sizes:
- £49.92 per person, per night (30 guests)
- £74.88 per person, per night (20 guests)
